Job summary

Norstella is seeking an Engagement Manager for Real-World Data (RWD) to own end-to-end client engagements, ensuring reliable delivery and strong client outcomes across RWD solutions. This role emphasizes technical RWD knowledge, execution excellence, and cross-functional coordination rather than traditional consulting.

You will act as the primary client success owner for assigned engagements, overseeing timelines, communications, and internal alignment to ensure sustained value from Norstella's

Qualifications

• Master's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 6–8 years hands-on RWD analytics experience.
• 1–2 years leading RWD engagements.
• 1–2 years of SQL coding experience.
• Experience with commercial, market access, HEOR and epi clients.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent client engagements in life sciences.
• Experience with Open Claims, Closed Claims, EMR data.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned RWD clients.
• Define success criteria, delivery plans and cadences.
• Proactively manage risks and dependencies.
• Lead end-of-engagement reviews and hand-offs to Client Support.
• Coordinate with renewal teams to support growth.
• Maintain project tracking and reporting; drive improvements.
