Job summary

Norstella is seeking an Engagement Manager for Real-World Data (RWD) to own end-to-end client engagements, ensuring reliable delivery, operational efficiency, and strong outcomes across RWD solutions. You will coordinate with delivery, data, product, and client support teams to translate client goals into executable plans and day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in life sciences, data science, biostatistics, epidemiology, health economics, or related field.
• 6-8 years of hands-on Real-World Data analytics experience.
• 1-2 years leading RWD engagements.
• 1-2 years of SQL coding experience.
• Domain knowledge with commercial, market access, HEOR and epi clients.
• Significant experience with Open Claims, Closed Claims and EMR data.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned RWD clients.
• Establish clear success criteria, delivery plans, and communication cadences.
• Proactively manage expectations, risks, and dependencies.
• Lead end-of-engagement reviews and hand-offs to Client Support.
• Partner with renewal teams to support expansion and growth.
• Own execution oversight for RWD engagements.
• Coordinate across internal delivery, data, product, and support teams.
• Ensure adherence to engagement management standards and documentation.
• Maintain project tracking and reporting.
• Identify and drive process and workflow improvements.
• Guide and coordinate team members across workstreams.
• Support mentorship and development of junior staff.
• Foster strong cross-functional collaboration.
• All other duties, as assigned.
