Norstella in the United States seeks an Engagement Manager for Real-World Data (RWD) to own end-to-end client engagements, ensuring reliable delivery and strong outcomes across Norstella's RWD offerings. You will work with delivery, data, product, and client support teams to translate objectives into executable plans and manage day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in life sciences, data science, biostatistics, epidemiology, public health, health economics, or related field.
• 6-8 years of experience with hands-on RWD Analytics.
• 1-2 years leading RWD engagements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned RWD clients.
• Establish clear success criteria, delivery plans, and communication cadences.
• Proactively manage expectations, risks, and dependencies.
• Lead end-of-engagement reviews and hand-offs to Client Support.
• Partner with renewal teams to support expansion and growth.
• Own execution oversight for RWD engagements.
• Coordinate across internal delivery, data, product, and support teams.
• Ensure adherence to engagement management standards and documentation.
• Maintain project tracking and reporting.
• Identify and drive process and workflow improvements.
• Guide and coordinate team members across workstreams.
• Support mentorship and development of junior staff.
• Foster strong cross-functional collaboration.
