Job summary

Norstella is seeking an Engagement Manager for Real-World Data to own end-to-end client engagements, drive reliable delivery, and ensure strong outcomes across RWD solutions. You will coordinate with delivery, data, product, and support teams to translate client objectives into executable plans and manage day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required or equivalent experience in life sciences, data science, or health economics.
• 6–8 years hands-on RWD analytics experience.
• 1–2 years leading RWD engagements or projects.
• 1–2 years coding with SQL.
• Experience with commercial, market access, HEOR and epi clients.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent client engagements in life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end engagement success for assigned RWD projects.
• Coordinate across delivery, data, product and client support teams.
• Maintain project tracking, timelines and communications.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and mentorship of junior staff.
• Drive process improvements and scalability of delivery.
