Job summary

Norstella is actively hiring an Engagement Manager for Real-World Data (RWD) to drive end-to-end client engagements and deliver reliable outcomes across RWD offerings.

You will partner with delivery, data, product, and client support teams to translate client objectives into executable plans, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure sustained value for clients, while maintaining strong relationships and high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in life sciences, data science, biostatistics, epidemiology, public health, health economics, or related field.
• 6–8 years of hands-on Real-World Data analytics experience.
• 1–2 years leading RWD engagements.
• 1–2 years of SQL coding experience.
• Domain knowledge with commercial, market access, HEOR and epi clients.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent client engagements in life sciences.
• Significant experience with Real-World Data (Open Claims, Closed Claims, EMR) and delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client success owner for assigned RWD engagements.
• Establish success criteria, delivery plans, and communication cadences.
• Coordinate with delivery, data, product, and client support teams to ensure value realization.
• Lead end-of-engagement reviews and hand-offs to Client Support.
• Identify and implement process and workflow improvements.
