Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an experienced RPA Developer to design and implement robotic process automation solutions, bridging manual workflows and digital efficiency. You will build scalable bots, document architectures, and collaborate with analysts to deliver high-performing automated transactions.

The role requires strong English skills, 4+ years of RPA or software engineering experience, and deep knowledge of UiPath Studio/Orchestrator.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or software engineering.
Proven expertise in UiPath Studio and Orchestrator for automation development.
Proficiency with REFramework and dispatcher/performer models.
Hands-on experience with workflow automation, debugging, and ODBC database integration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business processes into technical logic.
Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end automation processes using enterprise RPA platforms.
Build modular and reusable components for scalable automation.
Document architectures and execution paths to maintain governance over automated workflows.
Integrate automation scripts with databases and third-party applications.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks with robust error-handling logic.
Collaborate with analysts to translate requirements into automated transactions.
