BairesDev is seeking an experienced RPA Architect to design enterprise-wide RPA strategy and establish governance across the organization. You will lead CoEs, drive scalable automation, and collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize automation opportunities.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in Infrastructure, Software Engineering, or RPA.
• Experience designing and governing enterprise-wide RPA strategies and architectures.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Strong background establishing CoE and bot governance frameworks.

As an RPA Architect, you will design the RPA strategy and architecture at an enterprise scale. What You'll Do

What We Are Looking For

• Proven expertise in designing and governing enterprise-wide RPA strategies and architectures.
• Proficiency in leading RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Hands-on experience establishing Centers of Excellence (CoE) and bot governance frameworks.
• Strong background in process design, prioritization, and automation roadmap development.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
