Job summary

Talener is seeking an experienced RPA Developer to design, develop, and deploy scalable automation solutions for enterprise processes. The role focuses on creating maintainable workflows, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering high-quality automation across various systems.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in RPA with Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or Blue Prism, strong API and SQL experience, and the ability to work independently in a fully remote US setting. A360 experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on RPA development experience with major platforms (Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism).
• Automation Anywhere A360 experience preferred.
• Experience integrating applications via APIs and working with Control Room features.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable RPA solutions for enterprise processes.
• Build maintainable and scalable automation workflows.
• Support and enhance existing automations and provide production support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement automation.
• Integrate workflows with internal/external systems using APIs.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and validation to ensure reliable automation.
• Maintain technical docs and change-management procedures.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement across the organization.
