BairesDev is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to lead design and optimization of internal workflows, turning complex data into actionable insights and guiding continuous improvement across operational teams.

You will map cross-functional processes, establish KPIs, and enable executive-level reporting while applying AI and automation to reduce manual effort. This role is fully remote, offering flexible hours and growth opportunities within a global tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Operations Analyst or in a similar operational role.
• Proven expertise in process mapping, data analysis, and defining operational metrics.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic SQL for data-driven decision making.
• Experience with AI and prompt engineering to drive process automation and improvement.
• Strong background in continuous improvement for TA Ops, Finance, or Operations teams.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Map and analyze cross-functional processes to identify bottlenecks and implement streamlined solutions.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure operational health and guide strategic decision-making.
