Job summary

BairesDev®, a global tech leader with 15+ years in the field, offers 100% remote roles and USD-based or local currency compensation. As an RPA Architect, you will shape enterprise-wide automation strategy, build Centers of Excellence, and guide bot governance across the organization.

You will lead design and deployment of scalable automation using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism, collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize opportunities and strengthen governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Infrastructure, Software Engineering, or RPA development.
• Proven expertise in designing and governing enterprise-wide RPA strategies and architectures.
• Proficiency in leading RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Hands-on experience establishing Centers of Excellence (CoE) and bot governance frameworks.
• Strong background in process design, prioritization, and automation roadmap development.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-wide RPA strategies and architectural frameworks.
• Establish and lead Robotic Process Automation Centers of Excellence (CoE) to drive best practices.
• Define and enforce bot governance, security standards, and process prioritization models.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and evaluate high-impact automation opportunities.
• Oversee the end-to-end process design and deployment of scalable automation solutions using UiPath, AA, or BP.
