BairesDev, a global technology company, seeks a Senior RPA Developer to lead design and implementation of automated workflows, turning complex manual tasks into scalable, autonomous digital operations that drive productivity. You will use UiPath Studio and Orchestrator, apply REFramework, and integrate with databases via ODBC, with 4+ years of RPA or software engineering experience and strong English.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in RPA development or software engineering.
Proven expertise with UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.
Proficiency in implementing REFramework for dispatcher and performer models.
Experience with workflow automation and ODBC integration for database connectivity.
Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Architect and build end-to-end automation workflows using enterprise-grade RPA platforms and the REFramework.
Evaluate and prioritize business processes for automation feasibility and impact.
Configure and manage bot environments via Orchestrator for reliable scheduling and monitoring.
Implement robust error-handling and logging for high availability of production bots.
Develop technical specifications and documentation for audit readiness and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automated solutions into IT infrastructure.
