Job summary

Farha Roofing, LLC is seeking a Residential Roofing Sales & Project Manager to drive growth in the Phoenix market. Compensation is commission-based with expected first-year earnings of $100,000+; the role includes serving as the homeowner’s primary contact from first consultation through final payment.

The ideal candidate has home-improvement sales experience, strong prospecting and communication skills, and a valid driver’s license. Health insurance and PTO are among the offered benefits.

Qualifications

• Residential roofing, restoration, in-home sales, or outside sales experience preferred; strong sales record may substitute.
• Proven ability to prospect, build trust, follow up, and close sales.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills; comfort using a smartphone and basic computer applications.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb/inspect roofs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Generate residential roofing opportunities through canvassing, referrals, networking, and self-generated leads.
• Inspect residential roofs, identify customer needs, and present repair or replacement options.
• Serve as homeowner’s primary contact from initial consultation through project completion and final payment.
• Prepare proposals and project documentation; coordinate with production teams, vendors, and subcontractors to deliver quality work on schedule.
• Manage project details, budgets, change orders, customer communication, and collections from start to finish.
