HomeLyfe Roofing is hiring Door-to-Door Sales Representatives in the Phoenix metro to generate leads, set inspections, and close residential roofing deals. This is a high-reward role for someone who knows how to knock, connect, and convert.

Qualifications

• Proven door-to-door sales experience.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work outdoors in Arizona weather.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable with commission-based earnings.

Responsabilités

• Knock doors in targeted Phoenix neighborhoods to identify roofing needs.
• Educate homeowners on roofing issues, storm damage, and insurance claims.
• Schedule free roof inspections for our team.
• Follow up with leads and guide homeowners through the sales process.
• Track activity and pipeline in our CRM.
• Represent HomeLyfe Roofing with professionalism and integrity.
