Qualifications

• Strong work ethic, goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Comfortable outdoors and able to climb ladders/roofs.
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone.
• Sales, construction, or insurance experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, networking, and marketing efforts.
• Perform roof inspections and damage assessments (training provided).
• Educate homeowners on roofing process, insurance claims, and services.
• Deliver professional estimates and proposals using CRM and estimating software.
• Close deals with integrity and maintain client relationships through follow-up.
