MRO Corporation is seeking a Remote ROI Specialist to provide remote support for ROI requests of patient medical records, HIPAA compliant, and securely access EHR systems to match requests.

This is a fully work-from-home role requiring a High School Diploma, data entry experience, and the ability to work independently with reliable internet. VPN access and training participation are part of the job.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience entering data into computer systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.

Mansioni

• Process ROI requests for patient medical records in a HIPAA-compliant manner.
• Review requester information to determine records to release.
• Access EHR systems and other approved electronic sources securely.
• Respond to phone calls, emails, and secure messages from requesters.
• Log requests into Exchange Manager and upload/index records.
• Adhere to HIPAA privacy and security requirements and MRO policies.
• Work remotely with a private workspace and reliable internet.
• Participate in virtual meetings and trainings.
