Ladders is seeking a Project Manager for a Remote Operations Center (ROC) initiative. You will drive planning, governance, and execution across IT, networking, cybersecurity, AI, and infrastructure to ensure operational readiness and data integration.

The role requires coordinating with vendors, cross-functional teams, and executive stakeholders to keep priorities aligned, manage risks, and deliver milestones on a complex, multi-stream program.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in IT or digital transformation.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs across IT, networking, and AI.
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and executive levels.
• Proven track record delivering complex initiatives with governance and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the project plan and milestones for the ROC initiative.
• Coordinate cross-team activities across IT, networking, cybersecurity, and AI.
• Engage stakeholders to align outcomes with operational needs.
• Drive setup and data integration tasks to achieve readiness.
• Lead governance meetings and report progress to executives.
• Ensure accountability across teams, vendors, and business units.
• Identify risks early and support timely decision-making.
