Qualifications

• 15 years of progressive experience in a professional services organization.
• Expertise in integrating AI tools to optimize workflows and deliver business value.
• Prior experience with workflow platforms and certification in aligned areas.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of resolving complex issues.
• Ability to travel up to 50% for client engagements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences.
• Creative and entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced, start-up environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple expert services engagement workstreams, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• Develop and implement proactive plans to address risks and issues.
• Drive problem resolution through effective escalation and clear responsibility division.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between actual progress and planned objectives.
• Coach and mentor Principal and Senior Engagement Managers on complex projects.
• Provide thought leadership and support to customers during ambiguous situations.
