Job summary
Tekpoint seeks a Technical Sales Engineer - Robotics to bridge customers, vendors and Sales, translating use cases into concrete robotics solutions for logistics, manufacturing and retail. You will lead demos, pilots and proofs of concept, create ROI calculations and support the Sales team through quotations to close deals, while testing and troubleshooting on customer projects.
The role offers international exposure with regular travel in Europe, flexibility in remote work, and opportunities
Qualifications
- Degree or comparable experience in robotics, automation, mechatronics or similar field.
- 3-7 years in technical sales, application engineering, pre-sales or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of robotics systems and their integration into processes.
- Fluent German and English, spoken and written.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer use-cases in logistics, manufacturing and retail.
- Design suitable robotics solutions (AMRs, service robots, cobots).
- Explain complex technical solutions clearly.
- Prepare technical concepts, solution outlines and decision templates.
