Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial robotics or related fields.
• 5+ years in technical sales or customer-facing automation role.
• Experience with machine builders, OEMs, system integrators, or automation providers.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Drive market development strategy for robotics and motion control across North and South America.
• Build and manage a strategic pipeline with machine builders, OEMs, integrators, and end users.
• Accelerate adoption of Siemens automation technologies.
• Develop compelling customer value propositions and business cases.
• Expand Siemens' partner ecosystem through co-selling and alliances.
• Support regional sales teams with technical consultations and executive discussions.
