Medtronic is seeking a remote Technical Service Specialist to support the Hugo robotic-assisted surgery system and the DS1 platform. You will explain complex technical issues to Health Care Professionals, Start-up specialists and Field Service Engineers, highlighting safe, effective operation in a global healthcare environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in biomedical/electrical/mechanical engineering.
• Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian (C1/C2).
• Robotics or motion control experience in large capital equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Mansioni

• Provide remote technical support for Hugo robotic system and DS1 to HCP, SUS and FSE.
• Act as technical liaison between stakeholders and operating unit.
• Drive escalation to resolve customer issues; initiate field service when needed.
• Collaborate with other specialists to troubleshoot complex service requests.
• Own documentation and entries; ensure timely, complete records.
• Occasional on-site support and training domestically and internationally.
