The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Transportation is seeking a Roadway Programs Manager 1 to guide statewide maintenance planning and provide technical analysis to improve highway operations. Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a Roadway Programs Technician Supervisor(Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration or one year experience as a Roadway Programs Coordinator (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
• Two years of professional experience in the analysis, development and implementation of methods and techniques used in a roadway maintenance management system and a bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, mathematics, statistics, or in a civil engineering related discipline; or
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities
