Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises is hiring full-time, motivated Customer Service Representatives fluent in English/Spanish to join our Insurance Call Center team.

We offer remote training for about 4 months (Mon-Fri with occasional Saturdays) and a post-training remote schedule, with 40 hours per week. Starting pay is $24.00–$26.00 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must reside in Texas.
• Prior call center experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assist members with questions about AAA memberships.
• Provide personalized, proactive solutions and recommend products/services.
• Engage with members with strong communication and problem-solving mindset.
• Navigate multiple systems and tools while listening and multitasking.
• Maintain a positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and development to improve performance.
