Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a remote Roadside Assistance Call Center Representative to be the first point of contact for members in distress. Join a fast-paced 24/7 operation that emphasizes attentive service and quick dispatch. Training is provided to empower you to deliver legendary support.

You will handle emergency requests, document details accurately, and maintain composure on high-pressure calls, while collaborating with teams to ensure rapid response and member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience.
• Call Center experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills, especially Spanish, are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Empathy and a strong desire to help those in distress.
• Advanced computer and multi-tasking skills; able to talk and type concurrently.
• Proficiency with maps, GPS, and traffic safety rules.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Field incoming calls from members requiring emergency roadside assistance (towing, locksmith, fuel, battery, minor mechanical issues).
• Understand the nature of distress and document details promptly and accurately.
• Maintain a compassionate, calm demeanor during high-intensity calls.
• Relay critical information to internal/external teams to expedite dispatching.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operation of Emergency Roadside Service.
• Succeed in a structured environment with performance goals and customer satisfaction focus.
