Job summary

The Auto Club Group is seeking a remote Emergency Roadside Customer Service Rep to assist members during emergencies. You will handle inbound calls for roadside services, ensure safety, and gather details to provide prompt assistance.

You will review accounts to maximize benefits, respond with empathy, and meet performance metrics through a structured call process. This role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends after training.

Qualifications

• Telephone etiquette and clear communication with members.
• Basic computer skills to navigate multiple systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication for professional inquiries.
• Ability to read maps and use travel-related tools.

Responsibilities

• Providing superior customer service during every member interaction.
• Responding to a high volume of emergency road service requests in a call center environment.
• Responding to member needs with empathy and understanding while gathering information and providing solutions to get members back on the road.
• Analyzing member accounts to determine additional products and services that benefit the member.
• Exceeding performance metrics by following our detailed call intake process and efficiently working through calls in a timely fashion.
