Job summary

Call 4 Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for remote 24/7 triage support across multiple states. You will perform telephone triage, document in EHR, and provide clinical assessments by phone or patient portal, ensuring timely care while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Ideal candidates hold an associate or bachelor degree in nursing, 2–4 years of RN clinical experience (ER/urgent care, ICU, ambulatory), and an active ENLC license, with willingness to obtain additional state licenses

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• 2–4 years of RN clinical experience, preferably ER/Urgent Care, Adult, Pediatric, Ambulatory Care, or ICU.
• Prior telephone triage experience using electronic triage systems.
• Experience using two or more EHR platforms.
• Active, unencumbered ENCL / Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact license.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as requested.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound and outbound calls for a multi-state nurse triage service.
• Utilize telephone triage protocols to assess and triage patients.
• Document patient interactions accurately in client EHR systems and Call 4 Health platform.
• Provide clinical assessments via phone or patient portal per protocols.
• Support providers with administrative and clinical tasks (refills, critical results, post-discharge follow-ups).
• Facilitate referrals and assist with prior authorization requests requiring clinical input.
• Collaborate with hospitals, nursing homes, funeral homes, and government agencies as needed.
• Participate in Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) programs (vital signs, chronic disease education).
• Screen and qualify patients for clinical trials and provide patient education.
