Job summary

Call 4 Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our 24-hour remote triage team. You’ll deliver telephone triage, clinical assessments, and EHR documentation for patients nationwide, from a home-based, HIPAA-compliant workspace.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of RN experience (ER/urgent care preferred), a compact license, and a willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed. Shifts follow ET schedules and may include overtime.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an active nursing license.
• 2–4 years of full-time RN clinical experience, preferably ER/Urgent Care.
• Experience with telephone triage and electronic triage systems.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as requested.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone triage and clinical assessments via phone or patient portal.
• Document patient interactions accurately in client EHR systems.
• Support providers with administrative and clinical tasks and referrals.
• Assist with RPM programs, including monitoring vitals when applicable.
