Job summary

Call 4 Health is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our 24-hour medical call center as Remote Triage Nurses. Work from home to support patients and providers nationwide, performing telephone triage, documenting in EHR, and delivering clinical support across multiple states.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate’s or BSN, 2–4 years RN experience (ER/urgent care preferred), and an active Compact license; willingness to obtain additional state licenses.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• 2–4 years RN clinical experience, preferably ER/Urgent Care, Adult, Pediatric, Ambulatory Care, or ICU.
• Prior telephone triage experience with electronic triage systems.
• Experience with two or more EHR platforms.
• Active, unencumbered e-NCL / Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound and outbound calls for a multi-state nurse triage service.
• Utilize triage protocols to assess and triage patients.
• Document patient interactions accurately in client EHR systems.
• Provide clinical assessments via phone or patient portal.
• Support providers with administrative and clinical tasks, including medication refills and alerting on critical results.
• Collaborate with hospitals, nursing homes, and government agencies as needed.
• Participate in remote patient monitoring programs and patient education.
• Screen and qualify patients for clinical trials and provide education.
