Job summary

Call 4 Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our 24-hour remote triage team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality telephone triage and clinical support from home for patients across multiple states.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with 2–4 years of full-time RN experience, including triage and EHR use. A compact license is required, with willingness to obtain additional licenses as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have Associate's or Bachelor's in Nursing.
• 2-4 years of full-time RN clinical experience in ER/urgent care, adult, pediatric, ambulatory, or ICU.
• Prior telephone triage experience with electronic triage systems.
• Experience with two or more EHR platforms.
• Active, unencumbered e-NCL / Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact license.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls for multi-state nurse triage service.
• Use Schmitt-Thompson protocols to assess/triage.
• Document interactions in client EHRs.
• Provide clinical assessments via phone or patient portal.
• Assist with referrals, prior authorization, and coordination.
• Collaborate with hospitals, nursing homes, and agencies.
• Participate in Remote Patient Monitoring programs.
• Screen and qualify patients for clinical trials.
• Take on additional responsibilities to support team.
