Job summary

Call 4 Health is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our 24-hour medical call center as Remote Triage Nurses. You’ll provide telephone triage, document in EHRs, and support providers across multiple states from your home.

Associate's or BSN, 2–4 years ER/urgent care or similar, active eNLC license, and willingness to obtain additional state licenses. Strong communication and meticulous documentation required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• 2–4 years of full-time RN clinical experience
• Experience with telephone triage using EHRs
• Experience with two or more EHR platforms
• Active, unencumbered e-NLC license
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for a multi-state triage service
• Apply protocols to assess and triage patients
• Document interactions in client EHRs or Call 4 Health platform
• Provide clinical assessments via phone or portal
• Support providers with admin and clinical tasks
• Process medication refills per protocol
• Notify providers of critical results
• Coordinate post-discharge follow-ups
• Facilitate referrals and prior authorization
• Collaborate with hospitals, nursing homes, etc.
• Participate in remote patient monitoring programs
• Screen for clinical trials and educate patients
• Take on extra responsibilities to support team
