Job summary

Call 4 Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for remote triage work across multiple states. You will conduct telephone triage, manage EHR documentation, and provide clinical support to providers from a home-based setup.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of RN experience, an active ENCL license, and a willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed. Flexible ET-based shifts and nationwide collaboration are available.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• 2–4 years RN clinical experience, preferably in ER/urgent care, adult, pediatric, ambulatory care, or ICU.
• Active, unencumbered ENCL/ Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact license; willingness to obtain additional state licenses.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound and outbound calls for a multi-state nurse triage service.
• Utilize telephone triage protocols to assess and triage patients.
• Document patient interactions accurately in client EHR systems.
• Provide clinical assessments via phone or patient portal per protocols.
• Support providers with administrative and clinical tasks including referrals and prior authorizations.
• Collaborate with hospitals, nursing homes, and other agencies as needed.
• Participate in remote patient monitoring programs including vital signs monitoring and patient education.
• Screen and qualify patients for clinical trials and provide education.
