You will provide confident, professional service, follow prescription refill policy, document clearly on calls, schedule appointments, arrange transportation, and strive to meet departmental metrics. This full‑time, remote position offers comprehensive benefits and a pay range of $26.01–$74.78 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active, non-probationary RN license valid for OSH practice states.
• Ability to work autonomously with reliability.
• Strong communication and patient service focus.
• Experience in remote call center or telehealth is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide confident and professional service to OSH patients.
• Follow current Prescription Refill policy.
• Document clearly during calls and complete all requests.
• Schedule appointments and arrange transportation for clinic visits.
• Meet departmental metrics and goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
