Qualifications

• Active, non-probationary RN license in all states OSH practices.
• Experience delivering care and triage over the phone.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide confident and professional service to OSH patients.
• Follow current Prescription Refill policy.
• Maintain clear documentation during calls.
• Complete documentation for all patient requests.
• Schedule appointments for patients as needed.
• Arrange transportation for clinic visits.
• Support organizational goals and meet department metrics.
• Other duties as assigned.
