Responsibilities

• Provide confident and professional service to OSH patients.
• Follow current Prescription Refill policy.
• Engage with patients without background distractions.
• Document clearly during calls and complete documentation for all requests.
• Schedule appointments for patients as needed and arrange transportation for clinic visits.
• Meet departmental metrics and contribute to team goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
