Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide confident, professional service to OSH patients.
• Follow prescription refill policy.
• Document accurately during and after calls.
• Complete all patient requests prior to ending a call.
• Check CareReq queue and ensure completeness.
• Schedule appointments and arrange transportation as needed.
• Maintain awareness of departmental metrics and goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
