Job summary

You will collaborate with treating physicians, employers, and patients to develop and implement effective treatment plans, aiming for safe, timely return to work.

Qualifications

• Education: Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years clinical practice preferred.
• Licenses: Active RN license in good standing; URAC-recognized case management certifications.

Responsibilities

• Apply case management standards of practice to plan patient care.
• Advise on treatment plans considering injuries, medications, and job duties.
• Interview patients to assess recovery and occupational status.
• Collaborate with physicians and employers to tailor plans.
• Modify job duties to facilitate early return to work when possible.
• Prepare status updates for customers and assist in training new staff.
