Job summary

Call 4 Health is hiring experienced Registered Nurses for a Remote Triage role. You will triage patients by phone, document in EHRs, and support providers across multiple states from a home-based setup.

Ideal candidates hold an associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing, 2–4 years of RN experience (ER/urgent care, ICU or similar), and an active compact license. You will collaborate with hospitals and clinics, with flexible scheduling and RPM program participation.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• 2–4 years of full-time RN clinical experience (ER/urgent care, adult, pediatric, ambulatory care or ICU).
• Active, unencumbered e-NCL/Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact license.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as requested.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound/outbound calls for multi-state nurse triage service.
• Use established protocols to assess and triage patients.
• Document patient interactions accurately in client EHR systems or Call 4 Health platform.
• Provide clinical assessments via phone or patient portal per protocols.
• Support providers with administrative/clinical tasks, including medication refills and critical results.
