Job summary

Call 4 Health is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a Remote Triage role. You will perform telephone triage, document in EHR systems, and support providers across multiple states from a home-based setup.

The position requires an active nursing license (e-NCL/Compact) and 2–4 years of RN experience, with preference for ER/urgent care backgrounds. A flexible, nationwide remote work arrangement is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in nursing required.
• 2–4 years of full-time RN clinical experience, ER/urgent care, adult/pediatric/ICU preferred.
• Active, unencumbered e-NCL/Compact license; willingness to obtain additional state licenses.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound and outbound calls for a multi-state RN triage service.
• Utilize Schmitt-Thompson protocols to assess and triage patients.
• Document patient interactions accurately in client EHR systems.
• Provide clinical assessments via phone or patient portal per established protocols.
• Support providers with administrative and clinical tasks, including medication refills and prior authorizations.
• Facilitate referrals and assist with prior authorization requests requiring clinical input.
• Collaborate with hospitals and agencies as needed.
• Participate in remote patient monitoring (RPM) programs, including monitoring vital signs.
• Screen and qualify patients for clinical trials and provide patient education.
