Job summary

Call 4 Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Remote Triage role that serves patients nationwide. You’ll perform telephone triage, document in client EHRs, and provide clinical assessments per protocol while supporting providers across multiple states.

Ideal candidates have a nursing degree, 2–4 years of RN experience, multi-state licensure (eNLC), and comfort with remote work, RPM programs, and care coordination. Remote work requires a private HIPAA-compliant space.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required.
• Minimum 2–4 years of full-time RN clinical experience.
• Experience with telephone triage and EHR systems.
• Active e-NCL / Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact license.

Responsibilities

• Handle multi-state nurse triage calls using established protocols.
• Document patient interactions accurately in client EHR systems.
• Provide clinical assessments via phone or patient portal.
• Support providers with administrative and clinical tasks, including referrals and prior authorizations.
• Coordinate post-discharge and follow-up care.
