Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Telephonic Case Manager to join our team on a temporary, full-time, remote basis. The anticipated assignment is at least 6 months, with candidates located in the Eastern Time zone and possessing an active New Jersey RN or LPN license.

You will collaborate with treating physicians/providers, employers, customers, and legal representatives to craft and implement treatment plans that return individuals to work safely and cost-effectively.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors in Nursing required.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred.
• URAC-recognized case management certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and interview injured/disabled individuals to determine recovery and work readiness.
• Collaborate with physicians/providers to tailor treatment plans.
• Advise employers on reasonable job accommodations and return-to-work pathways.
• Manage caseload independently, prioritizing actions and deadlines.
• Prepare status updates and support staff training as needed.
