Job summary

AmTrust Financial Services is seeking a Telephonic Medical Case Manager, RN, to provide comprehensive telephonic case management to proactively drive a medically appropriate return to work through engagement with the injured employee, provider and employer. This remote role in Pennsylvania requires an active NY RN license (PA compact preferred), a BSN, and case management certification.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted NY RN license; PA compact preferred.
• BSN from accredited college or university or equivalent work experience.
• Certification in case management or related specialty preferred.
• Spanish and English fluency preferred.
• 5 years related experience; 2 years direct clinical care OR 2 years case management.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic case management to promote return to work.
• Perform utilization review in line with guidelines.
• Coordinate with physician, employer and adjuster as needed.
• Document all case management activities accurately.
• Assist in training/new staff as requested.
• Maintain client privacy and confidentiality.
