Job summary

Genex Service LLC in remote New Jersey is seeking a Telephonic Case Manager with an active RN/LPN license to support injured workers. You will collaborate with physicians, employers, and patients to design and monitor treatment plans that promote return-to-work and cost-effective care.

Requirements include an associates or bachelor’s degree in nursing and 2+ years of clinical practice; URAC certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing.
• 2+ years of clinical practice preferred; workers' compensation experience preferred.
• URAC-recognized case management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage telephonic case plans with physicians/providers and employers.
• Assess recovery and determine occupational vs non-occupational factors.
• Collaborate with treatment teams to implement cost-effective plans.
• Adjust goals as patient progress varies and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Prioritize workload and assist in training new staff as requested.
