Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Manager in the Winston-Salem, NC area. This full-time hybrid role requires in-person patient appointments within the assigned geography and regular travel.

You will collaborate with physicians, employers, and patients to design cost-effective, effective treatment plans and ensure timely return to work. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package, travel reimbursement, and training in workers’ compensation case management.

Qualifications

• Education: Associates or Bachelors in Nursing or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years clinical practice preferred.
• Skills: Advocate with physicians/providers, employers and customers; independent work capability; basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Certifications, Licenses, Registrations: Active RN license; URAC-recognized case management certifications.

Responsibilities

• Apply case management standards of practice with knowledge of injuries, medications, comorbidities, treatment options.
• Interview disabled persons to assess recovery and determine occupational vs non-occupational conditions.
• Collaborate with treating physicians/providers and use resources to tailor treatment plans.
• Work with employers and physicians to modify job duties to facilitate early return to work.
• Manage workload independently, prioritize cases, and handle status updates for customers.

Education
