Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Manager (RN) for a part-time, work-from-home role with travel to in-person appointments in the Asheville, NC area. You will partner with physicians, employers, and patients to design and implement effective treatment plans aimed at safe, timely return-to-work.

The role demands strong advocacy, independent work, and excellent communication. Travel and reliable internet are essential; a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers' compensation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement a treatment plan with physicians and employers.
• Assess recovery and determine occupational vs non-occupational factors.
• Collaborate with physicians to tailor plans and facilitate early return to work.
• Manage workload, prioritize cases, and prepare status updates for clients.
• Attend in-person appointments when required and support case progression.
