Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking an RN, Clinical Operations to provide telephonic education to patients on specialty therapies. You will conduct clinical assessments, support adherence, and coordinate care with pharmacists and providers.

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in state of residence.
• 2 years of patient-centered care or disease management nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to participate in compliance objectives and work cooperatively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver telephonic patient education within nursing scope and clinical guidelines.
• Assess patient needs related to therapy use, adherence, persistence and adverse effects.
• Document assessments, interventions and care coordination in patient records.
• Support clinical programs and projects promoting adherence and outcomes.
• Complete required documentation including adverse event forms per guidelines.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, clinical team, manufacturers and providers.
• Assist with order creation, payment method setup, copay assistance and shipments as needed.
• Maintain competency across treatments and comply with HIPAA and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
