Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is hiring an RN, Clinical Operations for a remote telephonic education role. You will educate patients on specialty therapies, assess needs, guide adherence, and document care within established protocols.

Requirements include ADN, RN license in the resident state, and 2 years of patient-centered care; BSN is preferred. Work is remote with 5×4‑hour shifts M‑F (CT times).

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• RN license in state of residence required; multi-state license preferred.
• 2 years of patient-centered care or disease management nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and provide disease- and therapy-specific education to patients and caregivers within the nursing scope and guidelines.
• Identify patient needs related to therapy use, adherence, persistence, adverse effects, and disease-state concerns; triage to pharmacist or notify provider when appropriate.
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and care coordination in the patient record per requirements.
• Support planning and maintenance of clinical programs to promote patient care and outcomes.
• Complete required documentation including adverse event forms per FDA, manufacturer, client, and internal requirements.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, clinical team, manufacturers, client partners, and provider offices to support programs.
• Assist with order creation and setup activities to support patient and business needs.
• Maintain competency in treatments and protocols supported by Lumicera.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory requirements.
