Lumicera Health Services is hiring an RN, Clinical Operations to deliver patient-centered telephonic education for specialty therapies. You will perform clinical assessments, educate patients and caregivers, and support adherence and outcomes within established protocols.

Qualified candidates are RNs with an ADN; BSN preferred, valid RN license, and 2 years of related experience. This is a remote-friendly role with standard shifts; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifikationen

• Associates degree in nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in state of residence; multi-state license a plus.
• 2 years patient-centered care or disease management nursing preferred.

Aufgaben

• Conduct disease- and therapy-specific education for patients and caregivers.
• Assess patient needs related to therapy use, adherence, and adverse effects; triage when needed.
• Document clinical assessments and care coordination accurately in patient records.
• Support clinical programs to improve patient care and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, clinicians, and client partners on patient care.
