Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking an RN, Clinical Operations for a telephonic education role helping patients understand specialty therapies, navigate barriers, and stay supported throughout their care journey.

The position focuses on clinical assessments, adherence support, and documentation within regulatory guidelines. Remote work is available, with standard weekday hours; licensure and ADN required, BSN preferred, with 2 years of patient-centered nursing experience.

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Current, unrestricted RN licensure in state of residence; multi-state license preferred.
• 2 years of patient-centered care or disease management nursing experience preferred.
• Participate in and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively with colleagues and patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and provide disease- and therapy-specific education to patients and caregivers.
• Identify patient needs related to therapy use, adherence, adverse effects; triage to pharmacist or notify provider when appropriate.
• Document assessments, interventions, and care coordination in patient records per requirements.
• Support planning and maintenance of clinical programs to improve adherence and outcomes.
• Complete required documentation and forms in accordance with FDA, manufacturer and internal requirements.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, clinical team, manufacturers, and providers to support programs and patient care needs.
• Assist with order creation and setup activities (payment methods, copay assistance, shipments).
• Maintain clinical competency across treatments and disease states supported by Lumicera.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards, HIPAA, and applicable regulations.
