Lumicera Health Services is seeking a RN, Clinical Operations to provide patient-centered telephonic education and clinical support for specialty therapies. You will assess patient needs, educate patients and caregivers, and document interventions in accordance with clinical protocols and regulatory guidelines.

The role emphasizes adherence, persistence, and outcomes, while collaborating with pharmacists and care teams to ensure safe therapy use.

Qualifications

• ADN required.
• RN license active and in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of patient-centered care or disease management nursing experience preferred.
• Multi-state compact license preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct clinical assessments and provide disease- and therapy-specific education to patients and caregivers.
• Identify and address patient needs related to therapy use, adherence, and adverse effects; triage to pharmacists or providers when needed.
• Document clinical assessments and care activities accurately in the patient record.
• Support clinical programs and projects to improve patient care and outcomes.
• Complete required documentation for adverse events and program forms per guidelines.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and clinical teams to support programs and patient care needs.
• Assist with order creation and setup, including payment methods and shipment coordination.
• Maintain competency across treatments and disease states and ensure HIPAA compliance.
