Lumicera Health Services, powered by Navitus, is seeking an RN, Clinical Operations to deliver telephonic education and clinical assessment for specialty therapies. You will educate patients and caregivers, support adherence, and help optimize outcomes by following established clinical protocols and collaborating with pharmacists and providers.

The role requires ADN with RN license; BSN preferred, and 2 years of patient-centered care experience.

Formación

• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of residence; multi-state license preferred.
• 2 years of patient-centered care or disease management nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct clinical assessments and provide disease- and therapy-specific education to patients and caregivers.
• Identify patient needs related to therapy use, adherence, persistence, adverse effects; triaging to a pharmacist when appropriate.
• Document clinical assessments and interventions in the patient record per regulatory requirements.
• Support planning and maintenance of clinical programs to improve patient care and outcomes.
• Complete required documentation, including adverse event forms, per FDA and internal requirements.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, clinical teams, manufacturers, and providers to support programs.
• Assist with order creation and setup activities to support patient and business needs.
• Maintain clinical competency across therapies and disease states.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and applicable regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
