Job summary

Acentra Health is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager - RN to lead the case review teams, mentoring staff and ensuring quality and compliance with contractual, regulatory, and accreditation standards. The role requires active RN licensure and substantial clinical experience.

The position is remote with standard EST hours, with occasional after-hours. You will coordinate with care teams nationwide to deliver timely data and client outcomes, supporting contract management and HIPAA adherence.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN licensure.
• 4+ years of clinical experience in a medical setting.
• Knowledge of the No Surprises Act and Dispute Resolution.
• Quality management experience with projects or QIP involvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, coach, and develop the case review team in the clinical area of case review and dispute resolution.
• Oversee teamwork assignments, assess workload, adjust to meet contract requirements; measure results.
• Develop case review staff and address orientation and learning needs.
• Responsible for quality monitoring activities; ensure regulatory and accreditation standards compliance.
• Participate in developing, evaluating, and revising case review tools.
• Maintain open communication and ensure accurate documentation across care teams.
